1. Purpose

These Policies & Procedures define the standards, rules, and ethical guidelines applicable to all registered members and independent partners associated with AEVUM MULTITRADE PVT. LTD. Every member is required to read, understand, and comply with these policies.

2. Code of Ethics

  • Conduct all business activities with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Maintain the reputation and goodwill of AEVUM at all times.
  • Respect fellow members and maintain ethical relationships within the network.
  • Avoid false, misleading, or exaggerated claims related to products or earnings.
  • Represent AEVUM strictly as a product-based direct selling company.

3. Product Purchase

  • All product purchases must be made through authorized AEVUM channels.
  • Members should avoid stockpiling or pressuring others to purchase products.
  • Product prices and offers are fixed by the company and must not be altered.
  • Products are intended for personal use and retail sale only.

4. Product Return & Refund Policy

  • Products may be returned within the stipulated period if damaged, defective, or unused.
  • A valid purchase invoice is mandatory for all returns.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed as per AEVUM’s official Return & Refund Policy.

5. Earnings & Incentives

  • Earnings are generated solely through product sales and performance-based activities.
  • Incentives are calculated as per the company’s approved business plan.
  • All payouts are subject to applicable statutory deductions as per Indian law.
  • AEVUM reserves the right to withhold payments in case of policy violations.

6. Sponsorship & Network Guidelines

  • New members must be introduced through an existing registered partner.
  • Manipulation of network structure or multiple account creation is prohibited.
  • Any violation may result in suspension or termination of membership.

7. Advertising & Promotion

  • Only company-approved promotional materials may be used.
  • Unauthorized use of the AEVUM brand name, logo, or content is not permitted.
  • Misrepresentation or false advertising will invite strict disciplinary action.

8. Online Conduct

  • Online promotions must follow AEVUM’s digital conduct guidelines.
  • Misleading income claims or fake testimonials are strictly prohibited.
  • All online communication should reflect positively on the brand.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All internal business data and member information are confidential.
  • Sharing company data or reports with unauthorized parties is forbidden.

10. Suspension & Termination

  • Membership may be suspended or terminated due to:
    • Violation of company policies
    • Misrepresentation of products or business model
    • Creation of multiple or fraudulent accounts
    • Engagement in unlawful or unethical activities
  • Upon termination, all rights, benefits, and pending incentives shall stand forfeited.
  • The individual shall no longer represent AEVUM in any capacity.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
  • Unresolved matters shall be referred to arbitration under applicable Indian laws.
  • Jurisdiction shall be subject to the company’s registered office location.

12. Amendments

AEVUM reserves the right to modify or update these Policies & Procedures at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels.

13. Declaration

By registering with AEVUM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Policies & Procedures, Terms & Conditions, and all applicable company guidelines.
